Shipping Charges

  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal delivery fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Address & Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
  • Ezmatic will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to reroute or modify the delivery address.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at support@ezmatic.in with clear photos of the package and items for verification.
  • We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
