Shipping Charges

- For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal delivery fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
Address & Delivery
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
- Ezmatic will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
- Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to reroute or modify the delivery address.
Damaged or Missing Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email us at support@ezmatic.in with clear photos of the package and items for verification.
- We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
